GAME DAY OPERATIONS
7 TOTAL POSITIONS POSITIONS FILLED FOR 2024
Individuals should have a proven interest in sports management and baseball. Preference will be given to college students who have sports-related majors and high school students who are actively involved in sports programs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are preferred.

Must be available for all home games throughout the regular season & playoffs and special events.

Prepare and assist with stat sheets, lineups, raffles, donations, VIP suite, welcome tents, banners, PSA’s, and varied unexpected situations that arise during a baseball game with as many as several thousand spectators in attendance.

Assist at July 4th Family Festival at Lowell Park, participate in the Cotuit parade, batting contest, dunk tank, games for children and adults, Hit, Run, Throw Competitions for children.

Maintain clean and organized work spaces and grounds at home games.

Assisting the organization with public relations, special events, and other similar projects/duties as assigned.

Housing to be negotiated. Must provide own transportation. If Game Day interns choose to attend away games, no reimbursement will be provided.
ONE Game Day position will help manage the Kettleers team office and VIP Suite
ONE Game Day position reserved for Field Scoreboard Operator, knowledge in Daktronics helpful but not mandatory.
FIVE Game Day positions will execute game day operations
CLINICS INTERN (POSITION FILLED FOR 2024)
Clinic Coordinator Intern Job Description & Expectations

Plan, prepare & manage exceptional youth and advanced baseball clinics

Willingness to work evenings & weekends required

Check emails and phone messages daily- 7 days a week 3x per day from the months of April-August

Ability to work professionally with parents, town and coaching staff

Ability to use excel and website for compiling reports
Duties once Clinics are in Progress:

Daily Check of emails and Voicemails, reply to messages on the same day they were received

Sunday after 3:00PM pull the participant roster from the website and convert to excel for distribution to the coaches – print and drop off at the coaches house Sunday evening

Monday meet with coaches to collect any monies that were given at Monday morning drop off

Tuesday get deposit together and get to the Treasurer or put in the deposit bag in the office at home game

Friday Morning- get payroll from the Assistant coach for the week and email to the treasurer by noon for distribution at the Friday night or Saturday home game.

Several of the tasks for this position can be done virtually. Comfort in interacting with coaches and parents a must.
